How to make a return

To return an item and receive a refund for your purchase, all Open Society products must be returned in their original condition with the original swing tags attached and carefully repackaged in the original protective packaging. If the product is damaged, not in its original saleable condition or shows signs of use, the product will be returned to the buyers at their own expense.

Please note you must do this within 7 days of receiving your product.

Once your return is received and inspected, Open Society will send you an email to notify you that the product has been received. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, or a credit note will be issued and delivered via email.
